Pellettieri Rabstein & Altman is pleased to announce that attorney Jennifer R. Haythorn has been named partner.

Ms. Haythorn joined the firm more than 13 years ago.  She concentrates her practice primarily on matrimonial issues with a specialization in divorce matters involving high net worth individuals and complex marital estates.  She has experience in related civil issues including fraudulent real property conveyances and defamation.

Ms. Haythorn is skilled in all stages of matrimonial litigation in the trial courts and Appellate Division.  She has earned the respect of colleagues, adverse counsel, and judges alike for her written work and tenacious oral advocacy.  She has won the praise of her clients for her zealous representation and attention to detail.

She received her undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004.  She thereafter received her Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the George Washington University Law School in 2008. 

Ms. Haythorn has been included in the list of “Rising Stars” * each year commencing in 2013.  The “Rising
Star”* designation is given by a division of Super Lawyers dedicated to recognizing the top up-and-coming attorneys in New Jersey who are forty years old and younger or who have been practicing for ten years or less.  Ms. Haythorn has been the recipient of countless additional accolades.

Ms. Haythorn volunteers with “Room to Read,” a global nonprofit organization that seeks to transform the lives of millions of children in developing countries by improving literacy and gender equality in education.
