Biography:
Frank Masterson is an Associate in the law firm Pellettieri, Rabstein & Altman. Prior to joining Pellettieri, Rabstein & Altman, Mr. Masterson was a law clerk to The Honorable Mark J. Fleming, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Mercer County, New Jersey, where he composed tentative decisions for the Judge on motions, conducted research and assisted the Judge in making equitable decisions based on pertinent law. Mr. Masterson has also been trained by the Administrative Office of the Courts in mediation and conciliation. During his law school education, Mr. Masterson interned with the British Government in the Department for Constitutional Affairs, London, England, where he obvserved and assisted in the drafting and negotiation of contracts between the government and third parties. Mr. Masterson also participated in Georgetown Law Center’s overseas program, taking international law courses at University College London.
